So now that I've gotten all of you here to read my blog via invitation, I have put this immense amount of pressure on myself to blog more regularly.
I'm still amazed at how many people want to read my blog - I mean it's not that interesting. Really it's just about our life as a little family of 3 + 2 crazy dogs.
I try to keep it interesting and not all about Gabbie all the time because while I think she's the greatest thing on this earth, I know it's a fast track to losing all of our followers if I bore with her cuteness....like this:
I was thinking about what to blog about today when I just emailed Brent to rub it in that our day started at 9:05. Yep. That's NINE O FIVE. It was awesome and completely guilt-free. People say all the time what a great little sleeper I have, but I read the other day in American Baby Magazine that your little ones really do inherit a lot of the same characteristics from their parents including facial expressions and sleep patterns. I also attribute a LOT of it to Babywise.
Wednesdays are a great day in our household because we have nothing to do. I've usually worked the previous 2 days at the real estate company, we have Financial Peace on Tuesday nights, then I have Wednesday - the day before I get into crunch time for the cake biz. This week I have three orders to complete and for some reason this rainy weather has put me into procrastination mode (thus the blog entry vs getting started on baking).
Wouldn't it be great if we could live life as a 16 month old where our only concerns included:
Contacting all of our friends via text messaging for a group playdate...
Unraveling anything and everything possible just because we want to and then say "no" right afterwards...
Helping mom with dinner...
Going "Krogering" (that's what the sticker says from Kroger on my shirt)...
And finally, always being dressed and ready to go out the door for any fabulous event:
